Refund Policy

We are trying our best to fulfil your demand.
For any unavoidable circumstances, if we are unable to deliver your products, we will let you know. If the services require a refund, it will be processed between 2-15 days after our acknowledgment.

Cy.Delivery ensures a refund if you cancel your order after payment (full/partial) before receiving the product/initiation of delivery procedure and if we are unable to fulfil your order for further processing.

Refund Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service to initiate the refund process.
Step 2: Our customer service team will send a refund form to you.
Step 3: Please fill out the form with all the relevant information and resend it to us.
Step 4: After receiving the form, Cy.Delivery will take 5 working days to resolve the issue.
Step 5: Amounts less than EUR 500 will be disbursed via Card or eWallet.
Step 6: Amounts more than EUR 500 may be paid as above (Step 5) or via cheque.

Regarding Faulty or Damaged Items

Cy.Delivery is dedicated to providing flawless services and authentic products. If you detect any fault or damage (from our side and/or our affiliates) in any product, within 24 hours from purchase, you will get a replacement, refund, or adjustment. Failure to inform us within 24 hours will result to a non-refund or replacement.
How You Will Receive a Refund

Cy.Delivery is committed to ensuring a secure, simple, and fast refund of your money if you are eligible. As soon as we receive your returned product, we will take immediate steps to initiate the refund process.
Refund Methods and Time
Banking: 7-10 business days.

Credit Card reversal: 7-10 days.

* Please note that cash on delivery convenience charge and shipping charge will be excluded from the refund schedule as these are non-refundable charges.
